Product Info Sheet
Hi! Here at SnapTOT we give our photographers information about each product they photograph with special instructions if any.
Please complete the form below for EACH product you want to have photographed. So if you have three different products, you will complete the form three times and have three separate digital product info sheets.
Please do not complete the form for more than 5 products UNLESS we have discussed and have an arrangement for more products. In each new month, you may add 5 new products (meaning we will create a product info sheet for up to 5 products a month). So if you want to add three products this month, and next month add two more products, this means you will have five products in total for moms to photograph. Adding new products, does not delete previously added products, but if you want any products removed, please let us know and we can do so.
Each booking (10 photos per booking / one model) receives ONE PRODUCT to photograph. If you have an outfit that goes together than this is acceptable for the model to take photos together, but if you have a diaper bag and then a playpen, these would count as two separate bookings.
